mpvc: 1.3 -> 1.4-unstable-2024-07-09
- Using a new repo because it has more updates;
- Using master tip instead of tagged release because, well, 1.5 does not exist
and the latest versions are `1.5-<some audio-related word>`.
- Adding myself as maintainer
