yadm: 3.3.0 -> 3.5.0

- track TheLocehiliosan/yadm now redirecting to yadm-dev/yadm (new
maintainer: https://github.com/yadm-dev/yadm/discussions/500)
- track nixpkgs reformat in some commented out lines that document
dependencies we can't handle yet
