lgogdownloader: disable GUI by default
- Set the `enableGui` option to `false` by default to disable the GUI.
- Provide a `lgogdownloader-gui` package with GUI enabled
BREAKING CHANGE: Users who previously relied on the GUI will now need to explicitly enable it.
