speedcrunch: unstable-2021-10-09 -> 0.12-unstable-2024-12-02

- Update the version of Speedcrunch to the penultimate latest upstream
commit. The actual latest upstream commit enforces the use of Qt6, and
the build fails if Qt6 is used.
