colord: revert "1.4.6 -> 1.4.7"
This reverts commit 34f02ada0bcb90d39405e7a8cf231874b7744fe2.
The update to `1.4.7` pulled in hardening options not compatible with
`NixOS` module of `colord:

- https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/288142
As the module change will take some time to agree on let's revert
`colord` update for now.
