wavebox: drop
wavebox was only updated by r-ryantm since mid 2024.
Backports are often done late or missing (24.11 received its last update in Feb).
This is not acceptable for a browser, a security critical package.
Also, it has no commiter among its maintainers, which [is required](https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/tree/master/pkgs#quick-start-to-adding-a-package).
