python313Packages.consul: 1.1.0 -> 1.6.0, use fork from criteo
The original python-consul project from cablehead has not seen releases
since 2018 and is archived since 2024:
https://github.com/python-consul/python-consul/tags
It suggests to use the better maintained fork of criteo/py-consul.
