grapejuice: move gtk3 to buildInputs
fixes 'ValueError: Namespace Gtk not available'
since 71cbf3b809b5a380d3434171ba5caabffdafb919 gobject-introspection's
hook looks for gir files in buildInputs instead of nativeBuildInputs
