exiftool: fix mainProgram
By default `lib.getExe` and `nix run` assume there is a binary at
"$out/bin/$pname" unless "meta.mainProgram" is specified. Since the
pname here is "perl5.34.1-Image-ExifTool", pass the "meta.mainProgram".
