recyclarr: add openssl as a runtime dependency
When trying to reach radarr/sonarr instances that require TLS, recyclarr
fails with the following error:
No usable version of libssl was found
Aborted (core dumped)
Add openssl as a runtime dependency to support TLS-protected instances.
