wml: add -fcommon workaround
Workaround build failure on -fno-common toolchains like upstream
gcc-10. Otherwise build fails as:
ld: iselect_browse.o:(.bss+0x2020): multiple definition of `Line'; iselect_main.o:(.bss+0x100000): first defined here
