gollama: 1.28.5 -> 1.33.0
`ldflags` changed from `ldFlags`, in line with `nixpkgs/pkgs/build-support/go/module.nix`.
Adds `nix-update-script` for updating the package.
`versionCheckHook` has been removed; it was not used because `doInstallCheck=false`.
Using `versionCheckHook` (or `testers.testVersion`) not possible, since `gollama` needs $HOME set
and returns a non-zero exit code if $HOME is not set or not writable.
