git: drop cpio from buildInputs
This dependency was added 17 years ago in 2d5d5458182d26d67c8a5fe81f397813d576dedb, as `git clone` depended on it in git 1.5.4.4.
Checking the git 1.5.6 release notes [1], cpio is no longer a used deependency. `nix why-depends --precise`, build logs and code search in the git/git repo agree. Dropping cpio is basically a noop and reduces closure size, though the change in the derivation does cause rebuilds.
