tmsu: add darwin build
Additionally,
- remove libfuse dependency
TMSU doesn't depend on libfuse and instead uses go-fuse, a pure go
reimplementation.
- upgrade go-fuse
The latest go-fuse release added support for recent versions of
macFUSE.
