syslinux: add -fcommon workaround
Workaround build failure on -fno-common toolchains like upstream
gcc-10. Otherwise build fails as:
ld: acpi/xsdt.o:/build/syslinux-b404870/com32/gpllib/../gplinclude/memory.h:40: multiple definition of
`e820_types'; memory.o:/build/syslinux-b404870/com32/gpllib/../gplinclude/memory.h:40: first defined here
