lib/makeOverridable: Propagate function args of the callPackage'd function
This allows querying function arguments of things like fetchFromGitHub:
nix-repl> lib.functionArgs pkgs.fetchFromGitHub
{ fetchSubmodules = true; githubBase = true; ... }
