roboto: keep the original font ‘modified’ timestamp
Without the option --no-recalc-timestamp, ttx uses the mtime of the font
file when generating the
timestamp (https://github.com/fonttools/fonttools/blob/b86a36fa46383947330f309121ec1b0feaf391ab/Lib/fontTools/ttx.py#L329),
resulting in an unreproducible package.
