pam: packaging cleanups
- don't set null postPatch
- remove unnecessary musl patch
null postPatch breaks common override idioms like
```nix
pam.overrideAttrs (attrs: {
postPatch = (attrs.postPatch or "") + "...";
});
```
the musl patch was upstreamed into pam
