rocmPackages.hsa-amd-aqlprofile-bin: 6.3.0 -> 6.3.3
rocmPackages.composable_kernel: remove compression step,
offload-compress is builtin now.
remove unused disable-amdgpu-inline.patch
update documentation for build flags
composable_kernel's library files are compressed now so no need to apply our own compression
