inkscape: fix line spacing problem
Inkscape does not work well with with Pango 1.49+ (nixpkgs has Pango
1.50.0). An upstream commit with the fix will be a part of upcomming
1.1.2 release due in a month. Until than, let's apply the fix in
nixpkgs.
