zvbi: 0.2.42 -> 0.2.42-unstable-2024-03-21
Contains fixes for GCC 14 and undefined
behaviour. Hopefully upstream will cut a release soon (see
<https://github.com/zapping-vbi/zvbi/pull/50#issuecomment-2495621293>),
but this unblocks FFmpeg on `staging`.
