nixos/mpd: Use replace-secret to avoid leaking secrets
Using `replace-literal` to insert secrets leaks the secrets through
the `replace-literal` process' `/proc/<pid>/cmdline`
file. `replace-secret` solves this by reading the secret straight from
the file instead.
