libcamera: fix regression due to library paths change
Previously reported at https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/351842
It was regressed in libcamera 0.5.1 update, due to ipa modules being moved from /lib/libcamera/ipa_*.so to /lib/libcamera/ipa/ipa_*.so in upstream, here:
