mueval,diagrams-builder: fix GHC libdir
Rather than hardcoding the path to GHC's libdir which may change, use
`ghc --print-libdir` in wrappers.
Another option would be to expose mkGhcLibdir from generic-builder.nix.
Also add a test for mueval.
