python312Packages.deal: disable failing test
test fails due to a bad string match as the single quotes disappeared:
"invalid choice: 'unknown' (choose from 'fake')" ->
"invalid choice: 'unknown' (choose from fake)"
upstream doesn't support reporting issues so disable the test
