nixos/nginx: add `application/javascript` to `compressMimeTypes`
Although deprecated, this MIME type is still used by various
applications and web frameworks which are potentially proxied by nginx.
Examples:
- Apps based on ASP.NET Core
- Apps based on http.server (Python)
