libxslt: Fix three security issues
Note, libxslt is no longer maintained upstream. The patches were provided by Chromium developers.
Unfortunately, the patch for https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libxslt/-/issues/139 and https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libxslt/-/issues/140 depends on unmerged libxml2 patch that breaks ABI.
