reaverwps: add -fcommon workaround
Workaround build failure on -fno-common toolchains like upstream
gcc-10. Otherwise build fails as:
ld: crypto/dh_groups.o:src/crypto/../globule.h:141: multiple definition of
`globule'; /build/ccrzO6vA.o:src/globule.h:141: first defined here
