xnee: pull fix pending upstream inclusion for -fno-common toolchain support
Without the change build fails as:
$ nix build -L --impure --expr 'with import ./. {}; xnee.overrideAttrs (oa: { NIX_CFLAGS_COMPILE = (oa.NIX_CFLAGS_COMPILE or "") + "-fno-common"; })'
