gromacs: fix SIMD flags, and OpenMP
* make CPU acceleration selectable.
* update cmake flag for acceleration CPU_ACCELERATION -> SIMD
GMX_CPU_ACCELERATION is outdated and has been ignored.
* add hwloc to inputs
* always build with OpenMP
* change name -> pname
