tree-sitter/grammar: make fit for public use
- Rename `source` to the more idiomatic `src`.
- Pass `version` to `mkDerivation` so that it's available in
`drvAttrs`/`overrideAttrs`.
- Remove misleading comment about `version`.
(nvim-treesitter sets the version to the grammar src hash.)
