javaPackages.jogl_2_3_2: add -fcommon workaround
Workaround build failure on -fno-common toolchains like upstream
gcc-10. Otherwise build fails as:
ld: ../obj/Bindingtest1p1Impl_JNI.o:(.bss+0x8): multiple definition of
`unsigned_size_t_1'; ../obj/TK_Surface_JNI.o:(.bss+0x8): first defined here
