python312Packages.pybrowserid: Fix on Darwin
We don't currently work on Darwin because Darwin defaults to using
multiprocessing's "spawn" start method which breaks various things. We
can fix that with a patch. The patch contains a lot more details on the
changes at the top of the patch file.
