fped: add -fcommon workaround
Workaround build failure on -fno-common toolchains like upstream
gcc-10. Otherwise build fails as:
ld: postscript.o:postscript.h:29: multiple definition of
`postscript_params'; fped.o:postscript.h:29: first defined here
