gst_all_1.gst-plugins-good: Add missing libGL
With cairo 1.18.0 bump, cairo-gl will be dropped, and cairo will no
longer propagate libGL, this leads to: Run-time dependency
gstreamer-gl-prototypes-1.0 found: NO
glesv2 is in gstreamer-gl-prototypes-1.0's Requires, so adding libGL.
