libreoffice: wrapper.nix rewrite
Cleanup the unwrapped derivation's postInstall. Delete wrapper.sh, and
put it's contents in the wrapped derivation via configurable
`makeWrapper`. Also, always install dolphin templates in the unwrapped
derivation.
