bintools-wrapper: wrap all 'ld.*'
allows using wrapBintoolsWith with all linkers
```
$ nix build ".#binutils"
$ ls ./result/bin/ld*
./result/bin/ld* ./result/bin/ld.bfd* ./result/bin/ld.gold*
$ nix build "nixpkgs#binutils"
$ ls ./result/bin/ld*
./result/bin/ld* ./result/bin/ld.bfd* ./result/bin/ld.gold*
```
