tracker: 3.5.3 → 3.6.alpha

I am looking at https://github.com/GNOME/tracker/commit/c9b9fb92dd9e8fcc382421422a78c78ce3012bc3
but it looks like we are doing nothing at trackertestutils right now, I guess regular users should
not need this?
