fangfrisch: add override to support socks proxies
fangfrisch relies on python's requests which can use proxies by setting
environment variables `HTTP_PROXY`, `ALL_PROXY`, etc. To support a socks
proxy, set via `ALL_PROXY`, it needs the `pysocks` dependency.
