ecryptfs:
- upgrade 106 -> 108
- fix passphrase rewrapper (password changing should now work fine) as
discussed on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ecryptfs/+bug/1486470
- add lsof dependency so ecryptfs-migrate-home should work out of the
box
