libarchive: Remove dependency on e2fsprogs
See [libarchive PR for details](https://github.com/libarchive/libarchive/pull/2689)
This produces bit-for-bit identical results. Tested by adding `__contentAddressed = true;`
This removes the dependency that `cmake` has on `e2fsprogs`, and
therefore the dependency it has on `systemd`, which drastically
reduces the rebuild count of both of those.
