Revert "utillinux: drop alias, don't throw"
This reverts commit ba3319568df2c6675dbe36478fb3edf16e114ac3.
Removing aliases without warning is not ok, because it breaks a
lot of third party code, without a grace period during which the
ecosystem can adapt.
