mariadb: remove dangling symlink
There was a symlink `libmariadb.a` → `libmariadbclient.a`
but we are removing the latter file. This causes `nixos-rebuild`
to complain:
system-path> warning: creating dangling symlink
Let’s remove the symlink as well.
