keysmith: fix empty gui
Withouth kirigami-addons it displays an empty window and prints:
org/kde/kirigami.2/PageRow.qml:914: Error:
Error while loading page: qrc:/UnlockAccounts.qml:12
module "org.kde.kirigamiaddons.labs.mobileform" is not installed
