rPackages.AneuFinder: fix build
Strict R headers are now the default. This removes the legacy
definitions of ‘PI’, ‘Calloc’, ‘Realloc’ and ‘Free’: use ‘M_PI’,
‘R_Calloc’, ‘R_Realloc’ or ‘R_Free’ instead.
