backblaze-b2: use latest tqdm and remove pythonPackages.tqdm4
backblaze-b2 need tqdm >= 4.5.0 and that dependency was already
fulfilled with pythonPackages.tqdm, so let's use the current version and
remove pythonPackages.tqdm4.
