xcbuild: replace use of system mkdir, ln, and sh binaries
xcbuild fails with the sandbox enabled on projects that invoke the MkDir
or SymLink build commands, or shell script build phases. Replace the use
of the system mkdir, ln, and sh binaries with the versions included in
stdenv.
