zipline: set ffmpeg path correctly
zipline uses ffmpeg-fluent, which looks for the `FFMPEG_PATH` env var,
and not FFMPEG_BIN, see https://github.com/fluent-ffmpeg/node-fluent-ffmpeg/blob/master/README.md#ffmpeg-and-ffprobe
