linux: enable DRM_GMA600 and DRM_GMA3600
Adds basic support for Intel GMA3600/3650 (Intel Cedar Trail) platforms
and support for GMA600 (Intel Moorestown/Oaktrail) platforms with LVDS
ports via the gma500_gfx module.
Resolves #14727 Closes #17519
