Merge pull request #22551 (paperwork locale path)
Fixes the locale path, which I got wrong in
7199f1bd9470f6acabcfadddef50d4934727796e.
It should have been "$out/share", because Paperwork itself already
appends /locale to the path.
Thanks to @symphorien for the fix.
